Answer #2: You can hire a real estate agent to help you sell your home. The National Association of Realtors report that the commission rates for realtors has not changed significantly in the last thirty six years either. I knew you would be surprised. (Remember that commission rates in New Mexico are always negotiable. They were negotiable then and they are negotiable now.)
